You can team a white t- shirt with well anything from denim jeans, skirts and shorts to smart trousers and combats, it’s great for how summer days with shorts but also great underneath a cardigan or blazer. Depending on what occasion you are wearing for you can either dress it up or down with accessories like scarves or chunky jewellery. So if you going to buy anything this season make sure it’s a white t-shirt.

To keep your hair in order you need the right tools below are some that are a must:

Hair straighners – You need a good quality durable pair of hair straightners preferably with ceramic plates such a GHD, who offer a varying range of sizes, as well as offering limited edition GHD straighners.

Hair brush – As with hair straightners you also need a good quality hair brush, the type you need depends on the style and length of your hair for long straight hair paddle brushes are great at reducing frizz and for shorter styles round hairbrushes give you lots of volume.

Shampoo/conditioner – It’s not just your skin that needs protecting, your hair does too, there are many shampoos and conditioners out there made for different hair types, as well as some designed specifically for coloured hair.

Hair products – If you are styling your hair every day with heated tools its worth investing in a protector spray such as the ghd thermodynamics range which has heat deflecting qualities which protects your hair from heat appliances.

All though it’s still very cold outside it’s nice to think about summer and what looks to go for, or if you have got a holiday coming up somewhere warm and exotic then here are a few styles to get started with.

Big on the catwalks and women’s clothing this year were bold prints and bright colours so when the suns out it’s a great time to add some colour like the bright pink maxi dress below or the pink and blue bikini for open the beach and wear shorts and a white vest top to cover up. For an evening try a light patterned slip style dress or bright patterned dresses. The best part of beach look is you can mix and match styles, patterns and colours for that relaxed look.

Celebrities are the first to follow styles and set them this year for a funky alternative why not try a cool alternative to the quiff, the rolled fringe. This style is expected to be big in 2010 and the look has already been seen on sing VV Brown as well as on the catwalk with Moschino, this style is also versatile than you might think.

The look stems from the 1940s and is vintage-inspired and feminine with a dress but can also be a high fashion look made contemporary and edgy with jeans and a t-shirt.

This look is also easy to create and great if you have a long fringe or you are growing your fringe out to start you need to spray a root lifting product like ghd uplift spray into the fringe and keep one hand behind the hair to protect your forehead. You then need to use a large round barrel brush to pull the hair up and around and at the same time use a hairdryer coax the hair into setting in a roll. You can then use some hair spray to set into place, if you have long hair you can then add some extra volume and curls with ghd straighteners to finish of the glam retro look or pin your hair back.

This season you will find that some fashion has gone all minimal and some may say plain, so to add a touch of statement to your new spring wardrobe studs will do the trick. If you can’t be bothered to faff around with jewellery and things embellishment offers a great break, a jumper festooned with gold beads requires zero ¬accessorising and avoids too much thinking about accessories.

A pair of spiky heels for example can dress up a classic pair of denims ¬immediately or studded waistcoat with a plain tee. The best way to wear embellishment is to remember the age old adage less is more, the overall look should be accentuated by studs or sequins rather than being head to toe.

It’s the time of year where you can bring out your romantic side and style, with Valentine’s Day just a few days away it’s time to think about your all important outfit for that romantic meal you have planed. Luckily this season women’s clothing has a much more feminine sexy appeal, with light lace dresses and romantic floral prints, meaning you have plenty to choose from.

First of all you need to think of what underwear you are wearing (if any), the frilly lacy set you picked out might look lovely on but not so much if you choose to wear something tight fitting on top, definite VPL is not a turn on. Instead choose a light floaty material and keep away from satin, so you avoid any noticeable outlines.

heart bag

Do you ever get sick of seeing people in similar t-shirts? Many retailers have huge ranges of printed t shirts with various designs but they all tend to look very similar, however if you have a bit of a creative flair or have some funky ideas you can create your own designs for yourself to wear by using t shirt printing.

You can make designs featuring your favourite band or singer, use pictures or photographs, a great black and white photo would make a good vintage effect design plus no one else will have the same if you use your own pictures. Using t –shirt printing means you can add a personal touch so it can also make a great present for someone.

You can create you designs from the comfort of your own home on your PC then send your designs to a garment printing company such as www.splashlogo.co.uk where your designs will be made into t shirts using either of a number of methods such as Digital Transfer, Embroidery, DTG-Printing, and Screen Printing.

Everyone who has seen the L’Oreal Paris advert for Elvive Full Restore 5 in which Cheryl Cole stars is jealous of her flawless tumbling locks, however you can steal her look, well if your hair is long enough.

To start with before you dry your hair add a small amount of volumising mouse to the roots and when drying brush up from under the root to give your hair volume. Once dried you need to prepare and protect your hair, try using ghd thermal protector as well as ghd creation spray to help add extra volume and then once you have done that take your ghd hair straighteners and at the root, rotating 180 degrees toward the crown and lifting vertically towards the ends to create bouncing waves.

After you have repeated the process across your crown you can then hold in place with hairspray and you can go out in style!
