Hair accessories this season are big again, well size wise, the catwalks were full of noticeable head gear. Neon bows were a feature in the hairstyles of Marc by Marc and Luella, which will be a great way to brighten up your wardrobe. They were teamed with messy up do’s a great way to have your hair if you don’t want to spend too much time styling it.
Other designers such as Betsy Johnson used lots of tulle to create more height, with curly locks, easily creatable using ghd hair straighteners and hair spray. Erin Fetherston also opted for tulle but created fascinators with a chic retro style and Milly’s take on tulle used them to tie up sleek straight locks in giant scruffy bows, a look that you can recreate more easily yourself by using ghd straighteners to get smooth straight hair and using some rough cut tulle to tie around a pony tail in a bow.
Peter Som, John Galliano and Marni took the handkerchief to new heights, think less granddad style on the beach and more statement head piece, wrapped around messy hair in bright colours and funky prints.
